As we start celebrating our 30th anniversary here at Firetech Sprinkler Corp., we’d like to take a moment to reflect on where we came from and share our vision for the future. We also want to take this opportunity to thank our current customers, without whom we would not be where we are today!

30 Years of Service: Firetech Celebrates an Important Milestone

What better time than the occasion of our three decades in business to recognize our team, our achievements, and our customers?

When Lee and Lori Lawton founded Firetech Sprinkler Corp. in 1992, they relied on their previous experience as entrepreneurs to create and build a fire and life safety business that could respond to the realities of an increasingly sophisticated building industry. They recognized the need for a full-service, professional sprinkler contractor that could offer the highest level of fire safety services to businesses in Vermont, New Hampshire, northeastern New York, and beyond.

Thirty years on, the business is now managed by Lee’s and Lori’s daughter, Deborah Lawton Winters. Together with Controller Dave Hutchins, Service Operations Manager Mike Trombly, and Operations Manager Bruce Pelkey, Deborah remains committed to delivering the high standard of care her parents used to ensure customer and client satisfaction.

Their work quality is evident in every facet of the company, from designs by NICET-certified professionals to preconstruction estimating and sprinkler system installation, testing, and maintenance.

• Our amazing design staff is competent in the latest NFPA, IBC, and state, federal, and local building codes. They regularly take part in continuing education to ensure they’re up to date on all the latest design trends and technologies.
• Our crews are skilled at installing wet, dry, foam, deluge, and pre-action fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps in new construction and building renovation projects.
• Our certified technicians have fully equipped vehicles that ensure they can handle any service needed, 24 hours a day.
• Dedicated staff members monitor customer fire sprinkler inspection requirements, schedule regular inspections, and prepare detailed reports on the condition of sprinkler systems.
