This project involved building a modern office addition with open architectural ceilings while allowing the existing public radio studios to continue functioning during construction. Coverage was then extended into the historic 1908 structure. The new addition and conditioned areas of the building were covered by a NFPA 13 wet sprinkler system, while a dry system covered the cold attic. Firetech installed a single interlock electric preaction system to cover the server room.
